Introduction
INTL Education CIC ("we", "us", or "our"), company #14915357, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the legal basis for such use, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

Personal Data: This is information that can be used to identify you as an individual. It may include your name, address, email address, phone number, qualifications, and any other information you voluntarily provide to us when using our website, registering for services, or contacting us.
Non-Personal Data: We also collect certain information that doesn’t identify you personally but helps us improve your experience. This includes things like general website usage, the type of device you’re using, or how you found our website. This data helps us ensure our website works smoothly for everyone and allows us to make improvements based on how people interact with it.
Children's Information
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy of children. We may collect and process personal data about children under the age of 16, but only when this information is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian in the course of registering for our services. By providing such information, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the processing of their data as described in this policy.
We will use children's data solely for the purposes of delivering our educational services and will take additional steps to ensure that their information is handled with the highest level of care and security.
For users under 13 residing in the United States, we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We obtain Verifiable Parental Consent (VPC) prior to the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from children. Parents have the right to review their child's personal information, direct us to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child's information by contacting us at hello@intl.education.
If you believe we have collected personal data about a child without proper parental or guardian consent, please contact us immediately at hello@intl.education so we can take appropriate action.
